PocketYourDeal Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Coupon Delivery:
   • Upon joining the PocketYourDeal referral program, you will receive your coupon via email.
   • Coupon will come with its terms and conditions, which will be provided in your registered email.
2. Coupon Usage Policy:
   • Coupons issued as part of the referral program are valid until their expiration date.
   • Each coupon can be redeemed by a customer only once or mentioned as T&C.
   • Referrers can share the coupons multiple times until their expiry, but each coupon can only be used once per customer or mentioned as T&C.
3. Reward Distribution:
   • Rewards will be credited to your account four days after the successful delivery of the referred customer’s purchase.
4. Reward Related Queries:
   • In case you do not receive your reward within the stipulated time frame, please contact our support team at marketing@pocketyourdeal.com for assistance.
5. UPI ID Related Queries:
   • To receive your reward money, you must have an active UPI (Unified Payments Interface) ID.
   • Please ensure that your UPI ID is linked with a valid bank account to receive the reward money. If your UPI ID is not linked with any bank account or is not functional, you may not receive the reward money.
   • PocketYourDeal will not be held responsible for the non-receipt of reward money if your UPI ID is not linked with a bank account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your UPI ID is linked and functional.
6. Fraud Prevention:
   • Any attempt by a customer to use multiple accounts to redeem a coupon more than once or mentioned as T&C will result in the forfeiture of the reward.
   • Safeguard against UPI fraud: Ensure that your UPI ID is kept confidential and do not share it with anyone. Be cautious of phishing attempts and do not disclose sensitive information such as OTPs (One Time Passwords) or UPI PINs (Personal Identification Numbers) to unknown individuals or websites.
   • We, PocketYourDeal, do not call or ask for your UPI PIN or OTP (One Time Password).
   • To receive your reward money, you do not need to scan a QR code.
   • If you are not confident about sharing your UPI ID, you can request discount coupons of equal value instead.
   • Alternatively, you can ask for a cheque of equal amount. However, in this condition, the minimum cheque amount needs to be Rs. 500, and registered post charges will be deducted from the cheque amount.
   • Please note that you cannot convert exchanged coupons into a cheque.
7. Suspicion of Fraudulent Activity:
   • We reserve the right to investigate and suspect any instances of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to multiple accounts associated with a single customer.
8. Discretionary Actions:
   • PocketYourDeal reserves the right to determine and act upon any instances where we suspect the misuse of coupons or fraudulent behavior, including withholding rewards.
   • We are not obligated to provide detailed clarification regarding the basis for suspecting different customers as one entity.

• By participating in the PocketYourDeal referral program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. PocketYourDeal reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
