We offer shipping to addresses within India. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is approximately 7 – 12 business days after order processing, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Signature Confirmation

For security purposes, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the delivery, please make the necessary arrangements with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Pin Code Charges:

If an incorrect pin code is provided during the order process, the customer will be responsible for paying an additional charge of Rs. 65 each time for delivery forwarding and return due to the wrong pin code. This applies to both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid orders.

Prepaid Orders:

In the case of a prepaid order, if the customer does not pay the charges for both sides (forward and return), we will process a refund for the order amount after deducting all applicable delivery charges.
