2. Product Information

We sell handcrafted and locally sourced items on our Website. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors and details on your device’s screen. Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

a. When you place an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

b. All prices are listed in INR, and payment is accepted through our secure payment gateway. You agree to pay the total amount for your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

c. We accept various payment methods, and your payment information is encrypted and secured by PhonePe. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

d. For COD, there’s an extra charge of Rs. 50, and you’ll need to pay Rs. 90 in advance in prepaid mode. Please note, the Rs. 90 prepaid fee is non-refundable, in case you don’t pay COD and decide to return the product at the time of delivery or after the order has been shipped. The remaining amount can be paid COD.

e. After you place an order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order but a confirmation that we have received it.

f. When you buy something from our website, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your order. This email is just to let you know we got your order.
Your order is considered accepted only when we send the product to you. Sometimes, we might have to say no to an order if the product is not available or if there are mistakes in the product’s description or price.
If we can’t make more of the product you ordered specially for back orders or fulfill your order for any reason, we might have to cancel it. If that happens, we’ll give you a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

a. We will ship your order to the address you provide during checkout. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.

b. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by you.

c. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from our Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

a. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Provide your order number and photos/360 video of the unboxing of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, not covering return shipping costs.

Our policy may be subject to local consumer protection laws.

b. All returned products must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
